Kingston Extension

This single-storey side and rear extension in Chessington was developed through concept and technical design stages, alongside coordination of planning approvals.

The project enhances a family home by expanding the kitchen and dining areas, creating a more generous and connected living space. Rooflights were introduced to bring natural light deep into the plan, improving the quality of the new extension.

MADE OF SPACE prepared and submitted the planning application and coordinated with the local authority to secure approvals, ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction.
