Fulham Refurbishment

Fulham, London, UK - 2022 to 2024

This full refurbishment of a 160m² two-storey apartment in Fulham involved concept design, technical design, and full project management including site supervision.

The project focused on reconfiguring the internal layout to improve spatial efficiency within a dense urban setting. A new kitchen, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery elements—including a custom pantry and utility spaces—were introduced.

Through careful spatial reorganisation, underused circulation areas were reduced, creating an additional 8m² of usable floor area. This allowed for the introduction of a well-proportioned third bedroom and significantly improved the overall functionality of the apartment.

The project was delivered on budget, demonstrating a balance between design quality, cost control, and efficient use of space.
