Bandol Flat Refurbishment

This refurbishment project in Bandol reimagines a compact 25m² seaside apartment in the Côte d’Azur.

The existing layout, characterised by a series of small, separated rooms, was transformed into a more open and flexible living space. The design introduces a semi-open plan arrangement that maximises natural light and spatial flow.

Bespoke joinery was integrated throughout to optimise storage and functionality, allowing the apartment to feel significantly larger despite its limited footprint.

The project demonstrates how intelligent design strategies can unlock the full potential of small residential spaces while maintaining a strong architectural identity.
