Located in Fegersheim, this project explored refurbishment and development strategies for a residential property on behalf of a local developer.

MADE OF SPACE developed multiple design scenarios to test the site’s potential, balancing architectural quality with planning constraints, buildability, and cost considerations.

The study provided a framework for future development by identifying viable design approaches that optimise spatial efficiency while responding to local planning requirements.
