Step 1 - Pick & study your client

- pick a potential client, at random, out of a bowl of potential clients*
- watch "Deadpool", "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and "Welcome to Wrexham" (which does not seem to be available on DVD)
- work up a little mind map of your potential client



*at random, we picked Wrexham AFC. Despite the humble ambitions of the current owners, to leave the club in a better state than when they bought it, there is clearly hope and ambition to make it all the way to the Premier League. As the current capacity of the Racecourse Ground is only 12,600, compared to the approximately 35,000 Premier League average, certainly a new stadium will be required.
