** In short, the proposal aims to be groundbreaking by presenting an unusual multi-functionality (football, education and local retail), the true integration into its urban setting (by providing public access to its lower level arcades throughout) and by proposing a thoughtful construction method (partially reusing reclaimed Ruabon Bricks, laid with traditional bricklaying methods), to reflect its local heritage and current urban fabric (mostly two storey residential, red brick buildings)
